With over 15 years of experience in the media industry, I’m a passionate and skilled operational and editorial leader. I’m known for strong process creation and project management, enhancing cross-team collaboration across large orgs, and managing complicated and ambitious cross-functional projects. I’m a compassionate and engaging people manager with excellent interpersonal and creative problem-solving skills.
In my current role as Chief of Staff for the Lifestyle Group at Vox Media, I serve as a strategic advisor for the Publisher for Eater, Punch, PS (formerly known as Popsugar) and Thrillist, maintaining and strengthening the health of the editorial organization and aligning leadership on priority initiatives. I manage all people operations across more than 250 employees (including resource allocation, recruiting, retention, DEI+, and employee experience), as well as lead and execute special projects, such as brand reinventions, team restructurings, cost-saving exercises, and revenue diversification efforts. I also oversee commerce and affiliate revenue operations for PS (Vox Media’s second largest affiliate business), and AI initiatives and processes across the group.

Before being a Chief of Staff for Vox Media’s Lifestyle Group and running editorial operations at Popsugar, I held several editorial roles at the publication, including Deputy Editor and Editorial Director for the parenting, fitness, lifestyle, and Latine verticals. Before that, I was a beauty editor for 7 years, including at Fit Pregnancy, Natural Health and O, the Oprah Magazine.
My writing for O, the Oprah Magazine’s “Hair Extravaganza” won a 2014 National Magazine Award for Leisure Interests. My piece on Dr. Oz The Good Life, “Oooh…I Love That Scent,” won a 2016 The Fragrance Foundation Award for Editorial Excellence in Fragrance Coverage – Article.
My editorial work has also appeared in The Knot, Parents Latina, Martha Stewart Living, SELF, IN New York, Where New York, Birchbox, Women’s Health, SELF, Blender, Maxim, Time Out New York, CosmoGIRL and more.
Originally from Lima, Perú, I moved to New York state to attend college on a Fulbright scholarship. I’m currently based in New York City, where I also volunteer at The New York City Ballet.
